Nothing last year, as we only started charging effectively as a levy on the rentals for electricity at the end of Q2 of this financial year.

We charge between £10 to £25 per night for electricity for our renters. This is built in to the rental price. If they cancel a non refundable booking this gets refunded but the rest of their rent is not refundable.
