A couple of points.

Stuart correctly identifies Section H of the Constitution which legitimises the Leisure Charge.

The calculation of the Leisure Fee is £25 for 85 Lodges at 51 weeks per year (Maintenance Weeks ignored). Total is £108,375 but the Club actually pays £108,000.

Indeed. Nck Pattie has made it clear that Lodge Owners will be welcome in the hotel, giving us access to food and drink.
In addition the Committee has negotiated for Lodge users to use the leisure facilities.
