Just got an update from companies house and it was interesting to note this resignation in last few days.

This opens up an opportunity for an owner who cares about the club to join committee.

Yes on 23rd Aug. To care about the club there’s a need to exercise effective control on where the money’s going.
Money which has been paid in by owner’s and in some cases non owners who have rented lodges

Totally agree.
It needs someone who can think of benefitting all at the club and not just the individual which is what we have seen too many times.
