Data Retention

Personal identification and contact details of our members are retained for the duration of their contract with the Club. Following the cessation of a membership contract, this data is retained for an additional calendar year. After this period, all personal identification and contact details are securely deleted, unless we have a legal obligation to retain the data for a longer period.


Payment details, specifically credit card information, are retained in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) guidelines. We will retain this information for one

 

calendar year following the cessation of a membership contract or the final transaction made with the card, whichever occurs last. After this time, all credit card details are securely deleted.
