Term ownership
The LRHC office is now , quite properly, contacting all Term owners who are in the last year of their contract to establish if they will be renewing a contract for another Term. The response from me was a definite negative as I am very dissatisfied with the way that Term owners have been treated in ...
Re: AGM 2025
One of these questions which will probably never be answered.
I do know however, that when the 2026 AGM takes place there will definitely be at least 1 Term owner less than this year

Re: AGM 2025
Interesting, however a significant number of owners are completely uninformed of what happened at the AGM. These are Term owners who have been stripped of most of their rights including attendance at the AGM or proposing or voting on a resolution. The club has decided to treat Term owners in an unac...
Re: AGM 2025
It would indeed be good if all paid up owners were allowed to be in attendance at the AGM instead of a significant number ( Term owners) being treated like lepers. Re: Info/advice re selling a Highland Lodge week
You would be doing extremely well to be able to sell a timeshare week for £350. Most owners are unable to give away their week(s) for free. Reason being that nobody in this day and age will understandably sign up to in perpetuity time share. It is a thing of the past. Its the same reason why LRHC ha...

Call me a cynic if you like but I suspect that the net profit from sales is in fact known to the inner circle but probably for reasons of poor performance there is a reluctance or refusal to publish the true figures. While there’s clearly a catch 22, this must then be the million dollar question presumably. A very minor observation. ………. I don’t quite get the need to be installing Nespresso machines in the lodges when there’s far more important issues to be resolved first.
In fact I’ve always been happy to just bring a jar of Nescafe and a box of teabags to a self catering but then that’s just how I am.
