One would have thought that there would be a definitive answer to the question: “ is there RAAC present in the construction of any of the lodges” ?

The newsletters from April 2024 to December 2024 are all missing from the website, despite having been available before.
Newsletters prior to April 2024 are available however.
Does anyone know the reason for this ?

Its been a cold snap alright and suffice to say I’ve not been near LRHC , being a warm weather visitor.
I rarely need the heating on in June.
I would imagine however that the lodges will be warm enough but can’t imagine how much a week’s electricity would come to at this time

Term owners are now being treated like lepers with no rights whatsoever other than the right to occupy their lodge(s) . A very minor observation. ………. I don’t quite get the need to be installing Nespresso machines in the lodges when there’s far more important issues to be resolved first.
In fact I’ve always been happy to just bring a jar of Nescafe and a box of teabags to a self catering but then that’s just how I am.

Fully understand. If you’ve exhausted all the recognised avenues to complain and notify the club re the defects and nothing has changed then I would think you are well within your rights to withold further payments and legal advice on the subject would be well justified

That’s interesting. The return of the UF can only be for the good and of course is open to non owners at the club unless there’s to be a change. It allows others with connections to the club to have an opinion.

Maybe not. To be honest when I was there in June the restaurant was very disorganised and staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Food was excellent however.
I doubt if the restaurant Manager’s wage would meet the expectations of the local talent available.
