I am of the opinion that the Forum Rules are “dictatorial” inasmuch as there is no scope for a LRHC member to criticise the actions of a member of committee/staff or the running of the Club without being penalised. It appears that the forum can only be used to ‘praise’ the committee and others. The Forum Rules prevent a member from finding out the thoughts of other members on any contentious matter.
Also amendments may be made at any time to the Forum Rules without prior notification to members which means that members using the forum must acquaint themselves with the rules every time they use the forum - this is grossly unfair as are the Rules of the Forum

Is "crticising" not the same as "sharing experiences" although the former may be a form of complaint [not allowed in the Forum]? Just look at the damage done by Cliff Hunter, our illustrious Chair/IT Lead or haven't you read all the lies he has told time after time until his resignation today.

One need only to read local Newspapers; speak with Kinloch Rannoch Residents and employees to learn that the wool has been pulled over so very many Owners
eyes! Without an Owners Forum that is open for all to post their concerns about any matter, including the way the club is being run or not run properly by Committee Members, there is free reign for the Committee to cause havoc has has so recently happened not only to the Club, but also to local residents in this peaceful little village, many who have been bullied and threatened by certain Committee Members to such a degree these past months that local MSP contacted the Clubs solicitor to raise their concerns. One has to ask ones self why was the Clubs website down for such a long time? Was it to prevent local and visiting owners raising awareness of the unprofessional practices at LRHC on the Owners Forum? I think Mr Hunters long over due resignation and the sacking of Mrs Julie Sloan Bulgar as the Clubs self appointed SALARIED ROLES AS the Club`s HR Consultant; Maintenance Manager and Temporary General Manager (without qualifications or previous experience in any of these roles) answers that question. Julie Sloane-Bulger was not the HR consultant FACT

I ask you in a polite tone if you have not got the evidence in front of you then retract your allegations. It is very wrong to bully and harass people without hearing two sides to the story. If you are so concerned abut how the club is run then i look forward to seeing your application to join the committee to make a difference. It has been stated in the newspaper that John Bristow is being investigated for embezzlement. Before you all stated to slag off Julie it was Stephen Walton, then Julie now Cliff Hunter. Some people are loading the gun for others to fire. At the moment Norman Laidlaw is Chairman, who did refurbishment for the Club but was never asked back to do any more work. I believe that his position is a conflict of interest, but that is my opinion. I don't harass the man but you all think it is acceptable to constantly name and harass other. People have committed suicide in the past for online bullying. As adults your behaviour is disgraceful in my opinion. Free speech is one thing but being directly hurtful to people is not acceptable.

Mrs Bulgar, please stop being disingenuous to Owners, your game is up accept it gracefully and attempt to walk away with what little integrity you have left. You introduced yourself as H R Consultant at LRHC; you spoke with employees and Union reps using the title HR Consultant, you were even challenged and asked what qualifications you had and were lost for words, and even the Club`s Solicitor was aware you had resigned from the Chair and ensconced yourself in the role of H R Consultant.
You amongst others have brought this once fine Club to it`s knees of that there can be no doubt. I am not some unfortunate LRHC employee that you are able to bully, I am an Owner at LRHC for the past 40 years and have never raised my head above the parapet prior to this year, but when I PERSONALLY witnessed the intimidation you carried out on staff that have given decades of service to this Club I was NOT prepared to stand back silently as you drove some Kinloch Rannoch residents to the point of despair and possible suicide.

Have you ever thought to put your name forward to join the committee? Then you can see the accounts, deal with staff and owners.
To Owners reading this I would like to say I am entitled to defend allegations against me. If you or any owner is not happy how the club is run then put your name forward to make your voice heard. It is easy to sit in your cosy home insulting me but why don't you get yourself on the committee and make a difference.
I did not provide all my previous experiences to be honest. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. I was voted on the committee by owners, I have received many messages of support. You appear to have a personal vendetta against me, but probably I think you wouldn't know me if I was standing next to you.

Two weeks later she returned to Rannoch with her husband and her dogs and took up residence in Glenrannoch House having had an ensuite put in place for her own use she then commenced the salaried post of HRConsultant for few week and then returned to LRHC to take up the salaried position of
H R Consultant and move into Glenrannoch House no e to returntake up a salaried post as

Finally, Mr Martin Vallance, Committee Member, ordered Mrs Sloane Bulgar to leave her HR post and vacate Glenrannnoch House with immediate affect.
